Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was a lovely experience! The rooms were a good size and comfy, although they are up an additional flight of stairs. They faced east, which was nice, and the bathroom was spacious with a bath/shower. The service was veeery nice and accommodating; the staff allowed us to park our motorcycle in a gang and were very courteous and friendly. The hotel is nestled on a tiny lane inside the walls of Riquewihr, a beautiful small medieval town surrounded by the vines of Alsace. It's perfectly situated in the middle of town, just off the Main Street, yet remarkably calm. The dining experience was a bit of a mixed bag – good food but overpriced. Despite this, the facilities were adequate and satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious with a good-sized flat screen TV but bordered on uncomfortable due to the foot boards of the bed being a problem, especially for taller guests like me. It was also quite hot at night. The service was exceptional, with the staff being friendly and helpful, welcoming us warmly and offering assistance with tours and tickets. The location was excellent, just off the Main Street, offering a calm stay in the heart of the city. As for dining, although the experience was very nice and relaxing, the prices were slightly on the expensive side. Overall, it was a worthwhile stay with some room for improvement.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel nestled in the heart of Riquewihr, a charming medieval town surrounded by vineyards. The rooms were meticulously designed, though a bit cozy on the top floor, with great attention to detail. The service was warm and welcoming, plus they went the extra mile to quickly assist us with a garage appointment. Dining was top-notch albeit slightly pricey, but the location couldn't be more perfect for exploring the beauty of Alsace.
